Encounters at the End of the World
Herzog along with cinematographer Peter Zeitlinger go to catch footage from the unique locations of this continent, and also to meet with people who work and live there. Herzog's voiceover narration explains his picture won't be a more normal Antarctica picture about"fluffy penguins", but will explore the fantasies of the public and the landscape.
